Classic Kentucky Fried Chicken Recipe

Please note: 1 kg of any meat , fish or vegetables will use the following measures below

15 g spice mix (1 small pack)

100g flour coating

Recipe

1. Slice the chicken breast into four pieces .
2. Preheat fryer/pan with oil to 185°C , thoroughly mix the chicken together with all spices (free mix inside). Add one tbs of vinegar or lemon juice and one whole egg.
3. Dip the chicken pieces into the flour mixture. Make sure the flour mix is properly coated to the chicken. Repeat with all the chicken pieces.
4. Let the chicken pieces rest for 5 minutes to dry the crust.
5. Fry the chicken in batches. Breasts should take 5 minutes till golden brown.
6. Ready to serve

Please note :
For chicken legs, wings and thighs use the fryer/pan to make it golden brown, after it will need 15-20 more minutes to finish in the oven at 185°C temperature. Make sure the temperature of the chicken pieces are over 75°C.
Let the chicken pieces drain on a few paper towels when it comes out from the fryer/oven or pan . Serve hot.
